My Green Eyed God Part 1

If only we could start anew, my love, my heart that once new your love was as bright as the lights of Valhalla, has faded and now  without you my life is meaningless,

I have found that my heart is with you always, in Asgard, leaving a gaping hole in my chest, no matter how damaged it is, why must you keep it for yourself?

I miss our late mornings and our early dinners, the smiles you gave me across the table and how your mighty green eyes flashed when we battled wits made me feel like the center of all the nine realms,

But waking to find my bed cold and you no-where in sight, my heart becomes frozen in a state of turmoil, you are all I have ever known and loved, why would you do this, why would you chose?

Separating us with the great thunder and lightning, surely you see how much I suffer without you?

Days become weeks to years it is so hard to keep track yet still I remember your face, your heart and your soft touches, always gentle and never demanding,

I shall count the stars until you return to my side, our love, however long it has lasted, will still burn in my heart that will be forever with you,
